I have arranged for the owner of Hampshire Hawk Walks to come see us and she is going to bring some of her birds with her 🙂 Here's a synopsis:

“My life with birds of prey"

Local falconer Anita Ebdon from Hampshire Hawk Walks will be visiting us with some of her birds of prey including owls, a hawk and a falcon.  Anita will be giving us a light-hearted and educational talk about daily life as a falconer and what is involved in the daily care of these magnificent birds.  The birds will be sat on Anita’s glove and on perches as she talks about them and they will interact during the presentation.

You will learn lots of very interesting facts about how amazingly adapted they are to enable them to successfully catch their prey and what life is really like for their wild cousins.
